At BBows Co., We strive to ensure delivery of the best handmade and hand selected merchandise. We thoroughly research and test the items we offer prior to introducing them to you and your families.

Some of our pieces (bows) are custom-made, and monitor/screen settings are different for everyone, there may be slight color and pattern variations with each pair.

BBows Co., LLC items are often Handmade and always hand selected, by our family.

Some of our items contain small pieces. Please exercise care and caution when allowing children to wear their accessories. Small parts can be a choking hazard.  BBOWS Co., LLC is not responsible for accidents or harm/choking. Please only wear/use with adult supervision.

To ensure the life of your accessories:
*Don’t SLEEP while wearing your accessories.
*Never SHOWER while wearing your accessories
*Avoid Spraying Hairspray or perfume on your Items.
*Don’t SWIM while wearing your accessories


Over time, your leather bracelets and necklaces may stretch (especially if they get wet). We do our part to provide you with sturdy products that will last. 


Turn Around Time

Please allow 4 weeks from the date of payment for us to ship your order (we strive for a TAT of 15 or less BUSINESS DAYS). We must order supplies and want to ensure that you have an accurate idea of how long you you can expect to wait on your items. Ready to ship items should be mailed within a week of order placement. Should we need to extend turn-around-time, we will contact you via the e-mail provided at the time of payment.

We LOVE customs. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have an outfit, theme, or idea that needs accessorized! Turn Around time for Customs varies based on a number of variables, and we are unable to provide you with a standard TAT; however, please let us know by what date you need an item and we will strive to ensure you receive your order on time. 

We are a family before a small shop. We will always strive to get your products to you in a timely fashion. However, with small children, and our ever-changing dynamic as a foster family, there will be times when we may go over the TAT. We will always communicate and be transparent with you regarding your order, should there be a delay. See individual product descriptions for TATs involving specific items.  Refunds/Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Please utilize contact information listed for any questions you may have. We strive to ensure that your accessories are made sturdy, and durable (In fact, sometimes we go overboard on the glue!). 

While we cannot accept returns, and don’t offer returns or refunds on custom items, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to ensure you’re happy with your items and are able to enjoy them. 

Please remember, some of our items are handmade. Our accessories are a lot like people. They’re super cute, and look great to the outside world. But hidden underneath, you may see extra glue, or an extra threaded stitch that isn’t perfect. As long as it doesn’t affect the look of your item when worn, there are going to be some slight flaws-even when we do our best to avoid that. We appreciate your understanding.
